Beating the first snow storm by one day about 30 Mac-Pac'ers showed up for the evening's festivities.  Even with the cold temps there were about five bikes seen in the parking lot.

The highlight of the evening was again a White Elephant Gift Exchange orchestrated by Empress Linda and Emperor Rick Sorensen.

The evening started with cocktails and telling of adventures, both past and future, along with the usual lies

The White Elephant Gift Exchange Begins

The order of drawing numbers are passed out	The Emperor is impressed with his double boiler.  Probably planning to use it to wax his skis.
Marge and the prize winning world's ugliest lamp brought by George	Dana holding up the gigantic Bugs Bunny golfing mug.  Later to be swiped by Joe S.  All's fair during the white elephant!
Nick gets his secret wish.	Erik thought the gloves were ear warmers
Tom's daughter gets a 2-pack of AOL trial disks	Ed selects a re-gift from last year
Brian looking for gifts to swipe, but decides to pass on the thong.	Then Nick tries unsucessfully to entice Ducdude
Bob was not impressed with the umbrella	Eric tries his luck at the gift pile and comes up big! Hint: That's not his real hairline.

	With the Gift Exchange being over Brian borrows the Tiara prior to making the final awards of the evening
	Doug receives the inaugural 2003 Dumb Butt Award from Brian.  His re-enactment (on his RT) of the ill fated Donner Party expedition was the clincher!

Rick and Linda also received an award for their contributions to the Mac-Pac over the past year.  These included making the Mac-Pac banner, hosting the Roast Pig Party, getting the shirts and hats made, and orchestrating the Christmas White Elephant Gift Exchange.

George got the prize for bringing the ugliest gift.

A good time was had by all !
